Admission Process
Joining the SMJPS family is a straightforward process. Here’s how it works:
Visit the school office or call us to collect / download the admission form.
Fill in the form carefully. All details — including the student's name and date of birth — must be accurate, as they cannot be changed after registration.
Submit the completed form along with all required documents to the school office.
Complete the admission formalities and deposit the applicable fees by cash or cheque.
Receive the confirmation of admission and your child's class details.
Note: The school management reserves the right to accept or decline any application without assigning a reason. Admissions are given without any reference to caste, creed, gender, class, or political inclination.
Age Criteria:
1. Nursery - Minimum: 2.75 Years; Maximum: 3.5 Years
2. LKG - Minimum: 3.5 Years; Maximum: 4.5 Years
3. UKG - Minimum: 4.5 Years; Maximum: 5.5 Years
4. Standard I - Minimum: 5.5 Years
For admissions to Class II and above, age criteria are assessed at the time of application. Please contact the school
office for details.
Documents Required
Please bring the following documents at the time of admission:
For Nursery to Class I
1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
2. Two passport-size colour photographs
3. Parent / Guardian ID proof
For Class II Onwards
1. Transfer Certificate (Original)
2. Conduct Certificate from previous
school
3. Mark sheets of last 3 years
4. Two passport-size colour
photographs
Important: Parents / Guardians must be present with the child at the time of admission. They will be required to sign
the Admission Acceptance Form, confirming their financial commitments and agreement to the school’s rules and
regulations.
Fees Payment
All fees are payable in advance, by Cash or Cheque. Fees may be deposited for any number of months in advance, up to the full academic session.
